Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Project Manager with required documents and information to support the successful completion of construction activities - Designing, planning, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects.
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine project requirements.
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Managing project budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Providing technical advice and resolving any issues that arise during construction. - Learn construction practices as required for compliance with federal, state, and local codes; industry standards; company procedures; contractual requirements; etc.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as Bluebeam for drafting and design.
- Experience in pipeline design, water treatment systems, and project management.
- Strong project engineering skills with the ability to oversee projects from concept to completion.
- Knowledge of system design principles and the ability to build and maintain infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
