Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries by phone, email, or in person
-Provide quotations, check product availability, sell products, and take payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Perform general administrative tasks such as copying and filing
Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual (Spanish) is advantageous
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Basic computer and data entry skills
