Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our internal and external customers receive top-notch service. You'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of our products and programs to provide accurate and timely support. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to create a seamless service experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough, accurate, and ethical customer service support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Respond to calls and emails daily, offering quality service and solutions.
- Offer timely information on order status, pricing, availability, and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to the company regarding service or customer concerns.
- Handle daily transactions including order entry, returns, promotions, credits, etc.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assist clients.
- Manage incoming mailboxes and respond professionally to email communications.
- Support the sales team by managing day-to-day customer requests.
- Ensure accurate order and information entry.
- Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Track and communicate delivery schedules and potential service issues.
- Suggest substitutions for back-ordered items.
- Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate call tracking logs and follow-up information.
- Conduct proactive customer calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide technical support for company products and inquiries.
- Attend and participate in department and team meetings.
- Assist with special projects such as Trial Demo programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivation and self-management skills.
- Positive attitude and passion for excellent customer service.
- Technical capacity and ability to provide some technical support.
