We are a leading Pre Owned luxury car dealership in Marietta-Cobb Parkway, and are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Luxury Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire sales process and maintaining long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations for luxury vehicles.
Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages to maintain interest and answer questions.
Participate in daily training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation while interacting with customers and colleagues.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and track sales leads.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Continuously work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Attend networking events and engage in community outreach to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
Provide post-sales support, including arranging delivery and addressing any customer concerns.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in the luxury market or high volume store.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to make 50 phone calls/ 50 emails / 50 text messages daily with no excuses, you will have the leads to support it!
Not afraid to send videos and pictures to customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for the luxury automotive industry.
Proficient in Computers and familiar with CRM systems
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
