- You will help to create an Excellent and memorable stay for our guests by; Welcoming and serving each guest with exceptional service either in person or by phone and ensuring that guests are checked in and out in a friendly and timely manner.
- At Your Agents in the Communication Center will be the heartbeat for the hotel and is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing communications courteously, while maintaining a positive and professional image. Also responsible for receiving all guest requests and entering them into our Guest Request Database.
- Answer and process all incoming/outgoing guest and in-house calls.
- Check bulletin board and logbooks for all pertinent information.
- Forward messages and faxes as needed to guests and various departments.
- Responsible for radio communications between security, engineering, and MOD in emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to converse in Basic English.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Computer experience required.
- Enter requests into the database and follow up with guests to ensure the request is satisfied.
- Must be comfortable working on-site
Requirements
Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following: regularly required to talk, hear and interact with guests. Frequently is required to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to three months in related experience and/or training.
