Our established real estate investment company is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist with outstanding sales skills. Previous real estate experience is not necessary, but is preferred. We are looking for people who are self starters, can take direction, and have a desire to be the best they can be.
Our company is something you might see on HGTV. We buy, renovate, and sell houses. Think Flip/Flop or Fixer Upper. What you don't see on those shows is the behind the scenes work it takes to acquire properties at a discounted price so that the houses can be renovated and sold for a profit. This is where you come in!
As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will be interacting with sellers who want to sell their homes quickly, for cash over the phone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct appointments with sellers over the phone
- Enter all appointment notes into CRM system
- Perform deal analysis
- Make offers daily by working your sales pipeline
- Prepare contracts and share with Transaction Coordinator upon completion
- Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database (follow up)
Job Qualifications:
- Is oriented towards personal growth and improvement.
- Ability to analyze data in an accurate and efficient manner
- Understand seller motivations and personalities so we can get contracts signed.
- Must be able to overcome objections & negotiate well.
- Must be able to manage leads & ongoing follow ups
- Must be comfortable with using technology (CRM system-Salesforce, phone dialer, Google Workspace, Slack, Apple products).
- Passionate about connecting people in need with helpful services.
- Independent and self-motivated to take extreme ownership of role.
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
