This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate in Lake Barrington, IL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, creating sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a base plus salary position, base starts at 45k. If you you are on target you should earn 65k-80k in your first year.
This position is located in Lake Barrington, IL and is NOT remote.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Using your communication and persuasion skills, you will make 100 outbound calls per day with the goal of setting a meeting with company decision makers. Add them to your pipeline and close sales. Be responsible to achieve goals; responsible for prospecting for new accounts and increasing market-share in ExcalTech coverage area(s).
- Prospect via telephone from qualified lead lists successfully to win new business.
- Build new customer partnerships. Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers on all levels of an organization.
- Identify customer product and service needs and coordinates the execution of orders.
- Share's market and competitor information with all applicable channels within the organization; establishes relationships and working partnerships. Assists in training or mentoring of associates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age.
- Must pass pre-employment assessment(s)
- Generally, 1-3 years of business development experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
· Minimum 2 to 5 years demonstrated success in cold calling/lead generation.
· Experience with technology sales.
· Ability to communicate with decision makers.
· Strong computer skills are desired.
