Overview:
We are seeking a motivated self-starter join our team! In this position, you will play a crucial role with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of recruiting and on-boarding processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with people and wants to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with general public.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes for customers
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with online job posting management for new hire initiatives
-Relationship building with existing customers and marketing to potential new customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a customer service rep or in a similar administrative role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of recruiting or staffing processes or similar experience
- Familiarity with recruiting and sourcing strategies
Part time hours. Monday through Friday 11:30 - 5:00
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
