Being an independent agency also means that no customer needs to pay us for our work. We receive payment from the insurance carrier as we service and initiate policies through their company. Role Overview
As a customer service representative, you will be on the front line, seeking to serve our clients as quickly and effectively as possible. We know how important and influential you will be in the lives of our clients, so we will help you as you become an expert in insurance. Your responsibilities will range from generating insurance quotes, presenting quotes, responding to customer inquiries, and reviewing coverages and plans with clients each year to make sure they are satisfied with them. The pay will start at $16/ hour and increase to $18 when you get your insurance license. If you are licensed, pay starts at $18.

Responsibilities
- Answer questions and resolve concerns promptly using phone, text, social media, and email
- Prepare and present quotes for clients
- Collect information from clients to ensure they are completely insured
- Make changes to policies upon request of the clients
- Perform policy reviews each year with customers to certain any changes that may need to be made to their policies and to add policies if applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience (Customer Service)
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Self-motivated to provide quality services quickly
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
- Licensed as an insurance agent
