Personal Caregiver
During this time of crisis, we are in need of caregivers to care for our most vulnerable population. No experience or certification is required, we will train you on all you need to know. If you're looking for hours temporarily or just to help the most vulnerable and desperate for care in our community, we can get you hired, trained and working shifts within days of your application for the position of caregiver/ home health aide. Full time and overtime available. We have a protocol in place to address and manage the risks and spread of Coronavirus.
We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers, home health aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA), and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide non-medical home care to our clients in Summit, Stark, Medina, Portage and southern Cuyahoga counties.

Home Health Aide responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Preparing and serving meals
- Help with bathing, grooming and incontinence care
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Shopping, errands and transportation
- Other duties as assigned

For the role of personal caregiver or on-call caregiver, you MUST:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to lift 25+ lbs, if you are pregnant you must have a doctor's note with approval on lifting over 25 lbs to work
- Have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a safe vehicle
- Be willing to work one weekend shift a weekend (this can be as short as 3 hours on Saturday or Sunday) or work both days every other weekend
- Take a drug test and background check
