Essential Functions:
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints.
- Scooping various ice cream flavors into various packaging options.
- Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment, and clean glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment.
- Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary.
- Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary.
- Request and record customer orders, and compute bills, using cash registers, or multi-counting machines.
- Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers.
- Clean and organize eating, service, and kitchen areas.
- Monitor supplies or food items, and restock as necessary to maintain inventory.
- Brew coffee and tea, and fill containers with requested beverages.
- Prepare and serve cold drinks, frozen milk drinks, or desserts, using drink-dispensing, milkshake, or frozen-custard machines.
- Select food items from serving or storage areas and place them on serving trays, or in take-out bags.
- Baking and serving cones for ice cream.
- Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position.
- Must have a positive work attitude and work will with management/ associates.

· Talking and hearing occurs continuously to communicate with peers, customers, and management.
· Ability to receive detailed information through words and vision.
· This position will be subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions.
