Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to all departments including production, sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Set performance goals and monitor staff performance to ensure targets are met.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and procurement of materials.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales and marketing efforts to drive new business and maintain existing accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.
Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
- Address any health and safety issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the printed graphics or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
