Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Manage office operations and maintain organized filing systems
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Type, transcribe, and file documents as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in project coordination and office management
- Experience or willingness to learn QuickBooks for financial management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and in a timely manner
- Proficient in calendar management for scheduling purposes
- Computer literacy with knowledge of various software applications
