One of our top clients, a multinational hospitality company that operates a wide range of hotels and resorts, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Midtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Managing deals that haven't closed, ensuring all necessary steps are completed
- Assisting with open issues, and collaborating with the team to bring resolutions to completion
- Handling the PTO calendar efficiently
- Undertaking special projects and duties, including data collection for the team
- Compiling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes
- Collecting information from Quality Assurance Representatives
- Maintaining a steady-paced work environment, different from the fast-paced QA role
- Proficiency in MS Office and tech-savvy skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or in an equivalent role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with various tech platforms
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with the Director and the team
- A good personality and tech-savvy mindset
