Your typical day will include:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of customer interactions, and process customer accounts.
- Providing support over the phone and going over a client's health information.
- Education and information on all plans available in the market.
- Navigate the customer to the most appropriate plan that suits their needs.
