Job Title: Alcohol Loader
Reports To: Logistics and Environmental Manager
The Alcohol Loader is responsible for testing and reporting plant operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while supporting the Company’s policies, goals and objectives. This position is scheduled in 8-12 hr. shifts. Weekends and holidays when scheduled, the schedule is subject to change depending on the needs of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Operate all processes and equipment associated with loading operations.
· Operate DCS (computer control system)
· Follow procedures for start-up, shut down, cleaning and batching of equipment.
· Maintain accurate and efficient logs and records.
· Analyze complied data and make adjustment(s) to optimize plant operations.
· Produce APIs and, when appropriate, intermediates in accordance with pre-approved instructions
· Make sure all deviations are reported and evaluated.
· Make sure that facilities are clean and when appropriate disinfected
· Communicate effectively with all personal details of what has occurred and what is supposed to be done during the next shift including the instructions in the log book
· Load out commodities.
· Load out tankers and railcars, sample and complete checklist items as per SOP requirements.
· Become a certified operator of rail mover, forklift, wheel loader, man lift, and skid loader.
· Cross train in grains department to fill in when needed.
· Communicate inventory and quality control data to Logistics Manager and others as needed.
· Have the ability to read and understand SOPs to perform operations.
· Complete any and all tasks assigned by supervisor
· Comply with food Safety rules and regulations in compliance with TRE’s food safety plan as well as FDA regulations.
· Maintain a team environment with all other employees and departments while providing a high level of customer service and a friendly atmosphere.
· Promote Three Rivers Energy in the community.
Education/Language Ability: Individual must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers. Individuals must be able to work with fractions, metric system, percentages, and decimals. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the English Language. Individual must be able to legally work in the United States.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and confined spaces. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Experience working in an FDA regulated environment or food environment is desirable.
