Core Role Responsibilities for the HVAC Planned Maintenance Sales Representative position include:
- Identify, engage, and close new customers for Commercial HVAC Planned Maintenance Programs.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrate knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and planned maintenance programs; stay updated on industry trends.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets; track and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
