```Duties```
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Manage performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance management techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workmax, Foundation software, Bamboo HR
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
