Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Facilities Department and to ensure complete integrity of the work order process.
Responsibilities
· Enter tickets into work order system
· Coordinate with tenants to schedule work orders to be completed
· Assign work orders to technicians
· Re-schedule or work with management to outsource any open or incomplete work orders
· Liaison between tenant and Paramount Assets regarding maintenance issues
· Perform follow up customer service calls on maintenance repairs.
· Enter purchase orders
· Vendor relations
· On call for emergencies
· Computer literate
· Must possess strong written and oral skills
Requirements
Must have knowledge of Microsoft including Word and Excel
Knowledge of ticket systems a plus but not required
Strong written and oral skills
No prior experience necessary, willing to train
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
