Job Description
This position involves three important company elements: retention, sales, and support. Your time will be devoted to creating business relationships with your assigned clients which will be long term. A genuine interest in the viability and success of those you will be coaching in the software is mandatory.
Innkeepers and RV Park managers are interesting and fun people to work with! You will form lasting and meaningful relationships with them. They inquire with questions about our software and services. You will assist our clients and help them maximize their business operations using our products. This is not as much a sales position as it is a coaching position while providing excellent customer support for our existing clients.

Requirements:
- Full time and willing to be a team player by working at work, not at home.
- Previous customer building relationship experience
- Proficient with computers (Word, Internet, email, etc.). 40 WPM minimum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; You will spend most of your day on the phone or replying to emails.
- Well organized and able to multitask; Servicing hundreds of accounts is often a juggling act from answering the phones and emails to scheduling training times. Multitasking and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Able to work well under pressure with exceptional trouble shooting skills. With high call volumes and the occasional upset clients, you must be able to reduce tension and solve problems.
- Available to work on site in Salem, Utah
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Required
- A four-year degree is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
