FABRIC SALES ASSOCIATES - HIRING FULL TIME
Pacfic Fabrics, a leading provider of quality fabrics in Seattle, is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a retail Sales Associate: hiring 1 part-time sales associate to work 20-25 hrs. per hr.

As a Fabrics Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Pacific Fabrics, a leading provider of quality fabrics in Seattle, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate!
A Typical Day At Pacific Fabrics You'll engage with customers, helping them find answers to their questions and talking about the current projects they are working on;
· Provide outstanding customer service by being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about Pacific Fabrics' products and values.
· Accurately measure and cut fabric yardage for customers.
· Stock shelves, counters, and tables with merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store.
· Set up displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales.
· Tag pricing on merchandise.
· Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and presentable.
· Maintain awareness of product knowledge and merchandise promotions to effectively assist customers.
· Cut, measure, and bundle fat quarters.
· Communicate customer requests to management.
· Assist in inventory support or web inventory support when needed.
· Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
We’re seeking individuals who have at least one year of experience in needlework (such as sewing, quilting, knitting, or crocheting) and are eager to learn more. ·
EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
· Have knowledge of Fabrics: You should understand different types of fabrics, their properties, and uses is essential. You should be able to help customers choose the right fabric for their projects based on their needs.
· Love to sew, quilt, knit, crochet, or love costuming, a minimum of 1 year experience and are wanting to learn more about the craft.
· Have excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
· Can effectively communicate product information and assist customers with their projects.
· Have attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and cutting fabric.
· Have the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment which includes : ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, use hands to handle merchandise, lift up to 25 pounds, have close vision and color vision abilities.
· Are Available to work dayshifts including every Saturday and on Tuesdays Through Fridays.
· Have reliable transportation or ability to commute to the Seattle, WA location. We offer assistance with public transit!).

Part-time: Every Saturday; Weekdays will be determined upon hiring
STORE HOURS:
Open Tuesdays Through Fridays, 10am to 5pm
Saturdays 10am to 5pm
CLOSED: Sundays & Mondays
