The Nursing Residency Program Manager will cross collaborate with Human Resources, Nursing Education, Nursing Leadership, and New-Grad programs to establish comprehensive education programs offered to recently hired graduate nurses. The Nursing Residency Program Manager has experience developing and managing nursing curriculum, programs, clinical simulations, and is up to date on best practices and techniques being used. The Nursing Residency Program Manager is familiar with compliance, processes, and quality standards expected for accredited new-grad nursing programs.
The Nursing Residency Program Manager should have previous experience working closely with a new-grad nursing residency program within an acute care hospital, ideally within an organization already participating in the AACN Nurse Residency Program™ (NRP).
