Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and reception area of the Home2 Suites by Hilton. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, Hilton experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction. Open availability is needed. This is a salaried position.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the front office including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to provide exceptional service
- Ensure efficient operation of phone systems, emails, and other communication channels
- Handle guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front office or hotel management role
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in hotel management software and phone systems

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
