RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer Phones, Check in Clients, Schedule appointments,
Documentation in EMR
Run insurance verification of benefits
Email communication with outside vendors & occasionally our clients
May need to "example" train new and existing staff
Connect clients with resources in the community
Communicate with all staff effectively
Empower and develop clients via a pleasant reception and competent guidance
Other positional and clinic requirement will be covered in job description
Skills:
Ability to communicate well, with a pleasant demeanor. Effective in operation of a computer with the ability to learn new programing. Must have and use good phone/communication skills.
Education:
High School required, College education preferred.
Requirements:
May be asked to pass a background screen
Must pass Urine Analysis screen

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
