We are seeking an individual to oversee the operations of a set of retail cafe locations, effectively managing the core leadership teams at each shop and enabling them to succeed. This position will also support and manage the opening of new and upcoming cafes and concepts. The goal of this position is to problem solve on a day to day level, look for and actively pursue innovation in shop workflow, hospitality, systems of organization and communication. We hope to find an individual that wants to execute and collaborate in high-end Specialty coffee service and a continuation of world-class hospitality.
Lead of Cafes Responsibilities:
-Translate vision of company and cafe into tangible, achievable goals in each space, including hospitality point of view, systems, sales goals, and team goals.
-Learn each store and staff, from entry-level positions to head management.
-Review store documents and training guidelines, improve, and distribute accordingly.
-Develop leadership team and supply guidance on day-to-day problem solving and also big picture mentality.
-Review sales of each store and give guidance on the amount, position, and scheduling of staff.
-Review waste logs at each store, and develop an ordering point of view for food, coffee, and supplies.
-Troubleshoot and develop point-of-sale protocols and procedures.
-Relay and report on store status to upper management.
-Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership meetings.
-Organize and create ordering data and processes
-Continue to grow systems and processes to improve operations across the company

Opening New Cafe's and Concept Responsibilities:
-Organize and plan the opening of new locations
-Hire and train new teammates
-Support and work at new cafe and concept until it is running and operating on its own

Lead of Cafes Responsibilities:
-At least two years GM experience
-At least one year District manager experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
