About the Team
Fanatics is a prominent and innovative organization in the sports and trading cards industry, dedicated to creating exceptional event experiences for collectors, fans, and enthusiasts. Our newest platform, Fanatics Events, provides a unique opportunity for attendees to engage with athletes, discover exclusive collectibles, and immerse themselves in the vibrant sports and trading cards community. As we continue to expand our event portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Content Director to join our team in NYC.

The candidate will be expected to attend all the events we produce, providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external partners, and most importantly – the fans. The role will require travel to various venues and events globally. While offering hybrid work options, this role requires an average of one week per month at our New York office.

Pre-Event Responsibilities:
Work with the VP and broader Leadership team on the following:
- Develop panel concepts, creative ideas, and discussion questions
- Create a talent hit list for potential speakers
- Establish and manage the Run of Show schedule
- Coordinate talent announcements with marketing and PR teams
This list outlines the key responsibilities across the different phases of planning, executing, and wrapping up fan events around the world, ensuring a well-organized and successful event experience for all involved parties.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $202,500 , which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
