Manager on Duty (MOD)
Job Description:
City-Sofive is a rapidly growing business developing soccer centers – modern sports complexes with small-sided soccer fields. The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility while ensuring that customer needs are met. This position requires a person with communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Overview, plan, monitor, all soccer programs, ensuring smooth and efficient operational procedures enabling City-Sofive center to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems promptly and professionally.
- Ensures that all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
- Monitors inventory levels, restocking supplies when necessary.
- Encourages teamwork and provides guidance and support to staff.
- Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers.
- Weekly food and beverage inventory
Requirements:
- Must be Over 21 years of age
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sports management, business administration, and customer service.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must be able to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of basic computer software.
- Organizational skills.
