Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with paperwork and flow of information. This will be for multiple departments of the company and for a range of administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
· Write up sales and leasing agreements, and also purchase agreements.
· Billing and filing of paperwork for 4 departments.
· manage payables and invoicing statements
· review payroll for employees and submit to accounting
· General Administrative suppost
Skills:
· Experience preferred, but not necessary – just have to be willing to learn
· Must be VERY organized, be able to keep track of ppwk and organize files for different departments
· Must have good general working knowledge of basic computer systems. (Excel, word, adobe)
· Ability to problem solve
· Good interpersonal skill, talking with people on the phone
· multitasking is a must.
