This position is responsible for representing the Company in a professional manner as the first contact to prospective customers. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to gain experience in a growing business in an exciting sector. You will be working in a customer facing environment as part of the call center team, with your own responsibilities and list of customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Complete outbound calls to prospects, pitch the value of our products and services and close deals.
- Take initiative to develop skills by staying current on product knowledge, industry trends and new company initiatives.
- Timely and efficient response to customer inquiries.
- Consistently meet sales and productivity goals.
- Call Center Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Creative thinking skills
- Ability to learn, memorize and perform required sales scripts
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, structured, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter that works well individually as well as part of an integrated team
- Outbound Call Center and Telemarketing experience is a plus
