Vaco is seeking an administrative/Customer Service professional to join our clients team in Orange County, CA!
The position is onsite in Irvine, CA.
The employee would be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and first point of contact processing Warranty RGA parts orders for domestic and international regions.
- Investigating exceptions, responding to timely requests, and changing and altering orders per technical support requests.
- Responsible for ensuring superior and consistent levels of customer service to meet company and team objectives which include, but are not limited to: positive customer interaction and order processing.
Essential Job Function:-
Process domestic and international Warranty Parts – RGAs using an SAP computer system.

Prepares FedEx shipping labels for shipping and return label processing.

Prepare and upload commercial invoices onto FedEx Ship Manager.

Update annual pricing via FedEx Ship Manager.
Skills:-
Typing speed 65 wpm, 10 key by touch; alpha-numeric.

Excellent data entry and proper handling of keyboard typing

Excellent organization, communications, and attention to detail skills.

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.

FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship Software.

Excellent and strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Education/and or Related Experience:-
High school diploma or general education degree.

Must have 1-2 years of shipping parcel orders, office experience, and order processing.

Basic proficiency in MSWord, Excel, and Outlook.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
