We are collaborating with a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the trauma experienced by children who have been abused by providing a single, supportive environment for their testimonies. With three local offices partnering with law enforcement agencies, the organization seeks an Instructional Design Consultant to conduct a needs assessment and develop eLearning modules covering processes, policies, and procedures for their members and law enforcement personnel.
In this role, you will review existing material, perform a needs assessment to provide recommendations, and then create the training. This training will cover new policies and processes, and serve as an ongoing resource and refresher, especially since members may go years without reconnecting with the organization. The ideal consultant will offer recommendations on the length, software, and deployment of the training.
