Hi-Way Distributing is a family owned and operated company established in 1976. We are the oldest truck stop supplier in the industry. We carry over 14,000 SKU’s and introduce new products and programs regularly. Consecutive double-digit growth YOY for the last decade. New, state of the art building to support current and future growth. Major customers include Love’s Travel Stops, TA/Petro, Pilot/Flying J. Major products include Apparel, Hi-Vis Safety Apparel, National souvenir program, Die Casts, gifts/novelties, truck supplies, and much more.
Customer Service/Data Entry/Invoicing Temp to Hire
Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F
Essential Duties: and Responsibilities:
- -Process/Track daily orders
- -Update price changes in price books and price codes
- -Process credits
- -File invoices/Sorting Orders
- -Mail out customer invoices
- -Run reports for sales reps
- -Editing and shipping daily orders using SBT accounting software
- -Communicate with customers via phone and email
- -Entering Fax/Phone/Emailed orders
- -Assist Sales Team
- -Send out and verify weekly mailings
- -Cross training in invoicing and Price Book
- -Other Duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- -Minimum 1 years experience in office setting
- -Works well with team members
- -Ability to multi-task
- -High School diploma/GED
- -Must be proficient in Excel
- -Above average communication skills
- -Minimum 2 years Customer service experience in an office setting.
