Key Responsibilities:

Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the key liaison for patients, beginning from their initial scheduling and continuing through their entire treatment process.

Coordination and Communication: Facilitate day-to-day coordination and communication for patients, ensuring they have all necessary information and understand the next steps in their care.

Authorization Management: Obtain necessary authorizations and clearly communicate the approval process to patients, providing them with a smooth, stress-free experience.

Tactful Interaction: Maintain effective communication on all levels through professional and tactful interactions, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Proactive Support: Manage the patient’s journey proactively, ensuring all aspects of their care are efficiently organized and any obstacles are promptly addressed.

Multitasking Ability: Perform responsibilities with frequent interruptions and distractions, maintaining a calm and organized approach.

Salary: $28.23- $40.44 hourly
