JOB SUMMARY:
The Instructional/Curriculum Designer is responsible for creating sales and aftersales training e-learning courses across the VinFast portfolio. This will also include ILT and VILT course decks. The Designer will work collaboratively with sales/aftersales training team and business heads to assess needs and achieve organizational goals through course design. The primary responsibilities will be to develop, plan, and create engaging product training, technical training, ongoing adhoc training programs, and print material for sales associates. This position will be relied on to create programs that are creative, engaging, relevant, and personalized to meet the needs of each department. This position will also track, measure, and analyze results of content while leveraging feedback data to improve course material and design.
RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Identify and apply the most optimum instructional design models, principles, and patterns to create engaging, memorable, and effective learning modules that capture learners’ attention
- Responsible for development and creation e-Learning courses
- Consulting with sales training team and frontline associates to create training manuals that target tangible results
- Effectively manage and collaborate with other content developers, facilitators, and the training coordinator and cross function teams to create sales training effectiveness
- Track, measure, and analyze results of content while leveraging feedback and data to improve course material and
- Develop pre and post assessments to measure training effectiveness
- Manage and track LMS system
- Coordinate training events
- Ability to design and create job aid materials through print and digital
- Lead the development and implementation of alternative content delivery methods
- Assist training coordinator to organize training event days, WBT implementation, survey measurement
- Support Sales Training Manager with other responsibilities as assigned or required
