Martindale Pinnacle Construction is a local, established roofing company here in Janesville, Wisconsin. We take pride in our excellent services and strive to withhold our outstanding customer satisfaction rating. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience and proven experience in office management or administrative roles. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our team and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.
· Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and staff.
· Print out invoices, estimate documents for files, operate our CRM (JobNimbus), and handle/ organize our lead sheet.
· Gather information for our lawyers for legal action
· Translate communication between sales team and out crews
· Communicate with Regional Manager about repairs and tasks that need completion.
· Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
· Maintain office policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
· Develop and implement office procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
· Organize office layout and order stationery and equipment.
DO YOU QUALIFY?
· A minimum of one year of customer service experience.
· Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or relevant role.
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $104,359.32 per year
