POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Director is responsible for serving as the Operations Department’s primary liaison to special projects and the clients and employees purchases of Israel Bonds on day-to-day processing matters. This individual is responsible for training and development of in-house training materials for the Operations Department and any necessary upgrades to CPU.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Enhancements and training of enhancements regarding to Fiscal Agent contract.
· Manage all QA of online and offline orders.
· Client Application review and approval.
· Remediation of Fiscal Agent questions regarding customer payments and holder registrations.
· Responsible for all client online and offline application reconciliation to the field offices.
· Processing of phone orders from clients.
· Processing all Employee 401k bond purchases and reconciling with Schwab/Vanguard self-directed platform
· Updating/maintaining/testing of Business Continuity Plan and BCP documents.
· Creation and maintenance of email response templates.
· Generation and QA of all monthly and semi-monthly scan batches (Verification Letters/COAs/Duplicate Confirms).
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Licensing Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Five years managing systems and five years of data entry experience.
· Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and DCI proprietary applications; ability to learn and train others in the use of processing software applications.
· Strong oral, written, analytical, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with clients.
· Salesforce experience a plus
· FINRA series 7 and 24 license required.
