Position Overview: The Bottle Server at Voltaire, an upscale nightlife venue within The Venetian Resort, plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through top-tier beverage service. The Bottle Server will efficiently take and deliver beverage and food orders, provide an elevated level of guest service, collaborate with bartenders, handle financial transactions accurately, and always maintain a polished and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum age of 21 years.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Possession of a Health card, Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, and any other required certifications or licenses.

Three (3) years of cocktail service experience in a high-volume, cash-handling setting.

In-depth knowledge of beverages, including high-end wines/champagnes, liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, terminology, and garnishes.

Familiarity with customer ordering practices for beers, wines, and spirits.

Proficiency in operating the POS system for accurate and efficient transactions.

Superior customer service skills with confidence in a guest-facing role.
