Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to perform administrative and project-related tasks. Every day will be different, but the method by which the Administrative Assistant tackles the daily To-Do list from the COO will be structured and supported.
Essential Functions

- Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for the COO; manage and log incoming scheduling requests; re-schedule meetings upon request; proactively communicate calendar changes; and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts.
- Meet daily with the COO and perform tactical project management duties on a daily basis.
- Track COO’s tasks and the company’s projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments.
- Organize internal and external meetings for COO, including logistical and substantive preparation.
- Function as first line of communication for company (incoming calls, etc.).
- Track and reconcile monthly credit card statements and complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Conduct preliminary research on a variety of topics; draft materials as needed.
- Provide special project management and support as needed.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
