We are looking to hire a hard-working and dependable warehouse helper to process all incoming and outgoing merchandise in accordance with company guidelines. The warehouse helper’s responsibilities include identifying ways to maximize warehouse storage space, removing warehouse trash on a regular basis, and promptly notifying management of damaged merchandise or equipment. You should also be able to maintain a safe working environment by always adhering to company safety regulations.
To be successful as a warehouse helper, you should be knowledgeable of standard warehouse practices and be able to lift or move heavy objects. Ultimately, an outstanding warehouse helper should be able to use various lift equipment in a safe manner and demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and organizing stock in the warehouse
- Loading and unloading goods from trucks or containers
- Assisting in the process of inventory control and count
- Packing, wrapping, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Inspecting and verifying incoming goods against purchase orders or other documents
- Operating warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Assisting with general warehouse housekeeping, such as cleaning and keeping work areas free from hazards
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse
- Assisting with other duties as directed by warehouse supervisors or managers.
- Complete inventory check in sheets
- Report any discrepancies.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Forklift License not required but would be optimal.
- Manufacturing/ help with and be responsible for all required materials.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organization and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Current forklift license would be optimal.
- High school degree – preferred

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
