Overview:
Senior Project Coordinator - Transportation
Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support Cordoba Transportation Sector. The project coordinator is responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinating administrative efforts, meeting minutes, tracking project tasks for the team, support with presentations, electronic document filing, managing office manager duties, problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Plan or schedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics.

Reconcile project folders and coordinates. Help develop presentations, spreadsheets, graphs, and reports. Research, abstract, and compile information and data for staff or managers.

Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, schedule work activities, and schedule meetings.

Make copies, sort files, support office activities, organize project files and other activities.
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests from the project team.
- Support with work schedules, staff calendars, and appointment arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes.

Communicates and coordinates with engineering firms and third-party vendors as requested by the Manager.

Support with internal data requests requiring extensive research and the ability to prepare responses in a clear, thorough, and concise manner.

Work with the project team to help streamline and improve processes and procedures.

Support with the onboarding process.

Multitask various duties relative to maintaining and processing documents and reporting tools.

Performs various complex administrative support duties, including quality review of documents.

Oversees general office activities; procures supplies; develops personnel schedules; responds to inquiries; investigates complaints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree.
- Self-starter who can work under pressure while meeting critical time frames on multiple tasks/projects.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Ability to critical think critically and work independently.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Works independently in the absence of supervision

Attention to detail about the accuracy of database entries and quality control checks of documents.

A high level of personal integrity and a strong work ethic are required.

Demonstrate high proficiency in MS Office.

Microsoft SharePoint and/or similar document management system experience.
Salary Range: $45.00 hour - $55.00 per hour.
Location: Three Days a week in Downtown Los Angeles.
