Technical Account Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Handling inbound leads from the first contact to closing
- Evaluating customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Conducting product demos and sales presentations
- Support channel partners in their sales efforts
- Work with Solutions Architect on customer POC preparation
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure a successful transition after landing a new deal
Qualifications and Requirements
- 5+ years demonstrated experience and success in all aspects of selling enterprise software with ASP of $20k/year
- Technical at a level that you feel comfortable discussing storage and networking needs with leads
- Understanding of technical terms like NAS, SAN, LAN, WAN, Object Storage, TCP, UDP, etc.
- Startup experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Hard worker and dedicated to getting things done
- Willingness to start the day early or stay up late to accommodate the needs of international customers on an occasional basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
