Job Overview:
We are seeking a Jr. Merchandising Associate to assist the E-commerce Manager oversee the product management and vendor management functions of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and selecting non-Sunco products, conducting market price research, creating non-Sunco product reports, creating product listings in Shopify and Extensiv, and serving as the main point of contact for vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, establishing and maintaining positive relationships.
Manage product inventory and pricing to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and pricing is competitive.
Address and resolve order-related issues, including shipping and product defects.
Review vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure expectations are met.
Product Management
Conduct research to identify and select non-Sunco products to add to our inventory.
Conduct market price research to ensure pricing is competitive.
Create non-Sunco product reports to inform purchasing decisions.
Write product titles and descriptions to ensure accurate and compelling product listings.
Edit images and spec sheets to ensure accurate and visually appealing product listings.
Product Uploading
Create product listings in Shopify and Extensiv, including uploading images, specs, and product-related documents.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in vendor management and/or product management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Shopify and Extensiv.
Knowledge of market research and product management principles.
Basic understanding of Photoshop - beginner/intermediate level
