WCI is seeking to hire a full-time manager of employment services to oversee the day to day operations of the Common Street Community Employment Program, including staff support and supervision, daily job procurement, and site administration.
Administrative Responsibilities:
o Scheduling of staff to ensure proper coverage for all required scheduled activities
o Oversight of daily documentation for all Individuals who attend the program, including, daily, monthly, 6month, and annual reports
o Oversight of daily attendance and ETS documents to ensure that Individuals are compensated for their work.
o Oversight of program vans to ensure that they function properly and required maintenance is completed as scheduled.
o Management of monthly stipend, to cover program needs.
o Oversight of the program space, to ensure that it is safe, clean, and reflects the message of Employment First.
o Supervision of staff so that there are performing to their abilities and are supported in their daily jobs.
o Maintenance and development of relationships with all employers, for volunteer and paid sites, including site visits, feedback, and ongoing improvement when needed.
o Maintenance of a relationship with families, DDS, MCB, MRC, and other funding sources to ensure that issues are addressed promptly and resolved professionally.
o Preparation of all documents required for ISP meetings, HCSIS reports, and other scheduled conferences.
o Representation of WCI Employment Program at local marketing events.
Other Qualification:
o Outgoing, creative and detail oriented.
o Motivated to create new opportunities
o Proficient in computer and basic public media application
o Strong oral and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
