We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated, skilled and engaging professional to fill a Call Center Representative position.
Schedule: Full Time, Mon- Fri
Pay & Benefits: Commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, the benefit package includes paid major holidays, vacation/sick time, health & dental insurance, and 401(k)
Our successful candidate at minimum must have:
- At least 1 year of previous medical/patient-customer service experience, OB/GYN practice a plus.
- Previous experience pre-certifying insurance, a plus.
- Excellent keyboard, IT and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and show initiative in responding to our practice's needs.
- Self-organization to ensure you can apply call handling standards efficiently, effectively and comfortably.
- Confidence in your ability to provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Ability to collaborate with medical practice team/departments.
- Pleasant phone manner.
- Core Responsibilities: Answering the phone, scheduling patients for office visits and medical procedures and transferring calls to the proper department within the practice.
