Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Researcher/Customer Service Administrator to work part time to help build our business and work as part of a Business development team
Duties:
- Research existing customer lead information to produce contact information
- Research procurement programs with Large multi site customers
- Communicate with Municipal agencies to enhance business flow
- Communicate with potential customers to share corporate information
- Coordinate with Sales and Office Administration to review progress and effectiveness
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently in internal database
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze limited information and research on internet to produce contacts
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes
