Job Description
As a full-time Digital Telemarketer for Nolan, your primary objective is to employ fresh and inventive methods to reach out to potential customers, aiming to generate leads and facilitate sales closures. Your role encompasses overseeing and spearheading all lead generation efforts while also providing support to the sales team in managing qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Responsible for executing and overseeing all lead generation efforts, including outreach to potential clients through diverse digital marketing strategies such as cold emails, phone calls, networking, and social selling.
- Handling Incoming Calls: Answering inbound inquiries from prospective customers and providing information about product features and benefits.
- Using Scripts: Presenting product details using predefined scripts and videos.
- Understanding Customer Needs: Asking relevant questions to understand customer requirements.
- Persuasion: convincing customers to review and evaluate Nolan add-on solutions.
- Record Keeping: Accurately recording prospective customer’s information, lead generation activities and sales data in the NetSuite CRM system.
- Support sales team: Assist sales team with preparing product quotes and sales closure documentation, such as contracts and end-user license agreements.
- Meeting Sales Quotas: Striving to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales growth.

- College or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or similar social selling platform
- Basic accounting knowledge
- IT software industry experience
- NetSuite CRM knowledge
