Description:
Customer Account Repair Representatives play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of account information. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing protocols and processes.
Full Time: Monday - Friday
Pay: $16.00

Responsibilities:

Logs into internal systems and client platforms to search for account information, viewing and verifying scanned images or account details, and confirming or correcting account numbers or other data discrepancies.

Follows established work processes to ensure optimal output, quality, and downstream process integrity.

Stays updated on training and changes within client protocols

Responsible for meeting output requirements as defined by leadership, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.

Ability to follow established processes and protocols consistently and efficiently.
