Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a leading fashion designer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and can streamline processes to enhance the overall client experience. The successful candidate will manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients who travel from across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with dress fittings, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio before and after fittings.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients for fittings, managing the designer’s calendar efficiently.
- Conduct follow-up calls with new clients to gather preliminary information about their dress projects.
- Manage studio inventory, keeping all materials and supplies well-organized.
- Handle the opening of deliveries and packages, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
- Travel quarterly to Fredericksburg, VA to visit partnering stores that carry our brand.
- Provide support during fittings by procuring lunch and other necessities.
- Send personalized thank-you notes to customers, fostering positive relationships.
- Record videos during fittings to document the process and capture special moments.
- Assist rental clients by facilitating dress try-ons for special events.
Requirements:

- Willingness to travel quarterly.
- Assist in graphic design tasks as needed via Canva program
- Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management.
