We are searching for a Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position you will define the marketing and web team's approach for data collection and use, including systems and processes to aggregate and analyze a variety of online and offline channels, including patient portals, appointments, websites, advertising campaigns, social media, and donations.
Skills & Requirements
- Required bachelor's degree with preferred bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics or Marketing
- Required 4 years Direct marketing, online marketing, advertising, consulting experience, or data analytics experience with preferred experience with at least one computer programming language or analytical programming language (R, Python, etc.), BI and Data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.), SQL and Google Analytics
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Synthesize, analyze, and present complex workforce-related data.
- Analyze to derive business intelligence, insight, and strategy on their digital, offline, and integrated media and advertising programs.
- Understand the organization business objectives, define key performance indicators (KPIs) based on those objectives, and provide relevant analysis, insights, and recommended actions.
- Extract, interpret, and effectively communicate data patterns.
- Analyze complex issues, identify possible solutions, and present recommendations related to data collection and usage.
Provide data and analytics support on initiatives to drive patient and family acquisition, access and engagement, and donor acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with other members of the data community to access, understand and integrate enterprise data.
- Work closely with digital strategists and other colleagues to deliver successful insights and audience recommendations.
- Design and deliver analytics reports and tools.
- Ensure integrity of data and best practices are used.
