Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. While the position is part-time, weekend availability is a must. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, managing showroom appointments, and providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Sales: Guide customers to the right mattress and accessories to improve their sleep and drive sales through our training program.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, provide exceptional post-purchase service, and follow up with customers to see how their sleep quality has improved.
- Showroom Appointments: Schedule and manage showroom appointments for customers.
- Store Maintenance: Proactively clean the store, organize furniture, and manage signage.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on new products, services, and promotions.
- Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of work experience in retail sales or customer service with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with cloud applications and G Suite.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and demonstrate English language proficiency (written and spoken). Second language skills are encouraged.
- Part-time availability with a mandatory requirement to work weekends.
